Notes: This is one of my favorite graphic novel series. It's super cute and a really interesting read. They recently made a Netflix adaption of the books and have seasons 1 and 2. I totally recommend watching the TV show, it's an amazing book to film adaption. The book is followed really well and they don't really cut much out. I watched the entire thing with my friend over the summer, one day we camped out in their room and only left to go get lunch (it was super fun!). Anyway, I recommend reading the books and then watching the series. Alice Oseman should be coming out with the sixth and final book of Heartstopper this year and I am PUMPED!
Another note: as the series progresses it gets more mature (just an FYI)
The last note (I promise): Season 3 of the Heartstopper TV show comes out October 3rd, 2024, I CAN'T WAIT!!!
Short Summary: Charlie Spring is absolutely head over heels for Nick Nelson, the only problem is he's pretty certain that Nick is straight. Right?
Summary: Charlie Spring has had a hard time at school ever since he was outed to his school as gay. After that he hated school, but now that the bullying has died down school is better. But school becomes much better when Charlie meets Nick, a shy, kindhearted boy who sits next to him in class. As their friendship progresses Charlie realizes that he has fallen head over heels for Nick. The only problem is, Charlie is pretty sure that Nick is straight. As Nick begins to hang out with Charlie more he realizes that his feelings towards him might be a little more than just friendship.
